Shipping Policy


smarttrackerbyag.com (“Smart Tracker by AG”) Shipping Information 

Currently Smart Tracker by AG processes and ships items Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday through Sunday will be processed and/or shipping the following business day.

We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Years Day, Bank holidays in Ireland, St Patrick's Day and Christmas.  Additional processing times may be necessary on bank closure holidays and delays resulting from force majeures, strikes and circumstance outside of the control of Smart Tracker by AG.

Weekend delivery

Smart Tracker by AG does not ship, nor are deliveries made, on weekends. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.

Billing and shipping address

For orders shipped outside of the Ireland, our system can only ship to your credit card billing address. Your billing address must match the billing address on file with your credit card issuing bank.

What delivery options do Smart Tracker by AG offer?

Smart Tracker by AG currently ships by An Post or similar quality carrier

What happens if I refuse my order?

Smart Tracker by AG cannot issue credit for packages which are refused or abandoned.

Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges?

You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes, and other charges. Smart Tracker by AG strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Smart Tracker by AG cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

Smart Tracker by AG uses the shipping address that you provide for us when creating the shipping label. If you need to change the shipping address please contact us and provide legal proof of address change such as a utility bill or photo of your driving license showing your name and the address you would like us to change the shipping address to, this is to help prevent fraud. Smart Tracker by AG will not refund purchases that are returned to us due to an incorrect address and you will have to pay for additional shipping to reship a new order to you once we receive the original order. 

ITEM SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT:

Unfortunately, sometimes issues like this will arise. We suggest contacting the shipping carrier so they can contact the local route carrier to confirm delivery. Smart Tracker by AG will not be responsible to refund the purchase price or resend orders whose tracking shows the package was processed, shipped, or delivered, You can file a claim with An Post or the carrier to which your order was shipped with. 

SHIPPING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS:

Smart Tracker by AG uses the shipping address that you provide for us when creating the shipping label, if you need to change the shipping address please contact us ASAP and provide an updated address. Smart Tracker by AG can not change the address for the purchases that have been processed or shipped. Smart Tracker by AG will not refund purchases that are returned to us due to an incorrect address and you will have to pay for additional shipping to reship a new order to you once we receive the original order.
